Refund policy

We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions.

Exchanges

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange.

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, you may return the original item and we will issue a refund.

Returns & Refunds

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items and request a refund.

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice (or a copy in the case of a partial return). Any item returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Returns are organized by ADN Paris.

A fixed fee will be deducted from the refund amount:
– €10 for returns from Europe
– €50 for returns from the United States

These fees cover return shipping costs, quality control inspection, and restocking.

For all other geographical areas, return shipping costs remain entirely at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are processed subject to the receipt and inspection of the returned items. We commit to issuing the refund as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the returned parcel. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
If that payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, provided that no additional fees are incurred by ADN Paris.

Orders paid using a gift card or store credit will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Refunds are issued in Euros. Any additional costs related to foreign currency conversion remain the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to comply with these return conditions will result in the refusal of the refund.
