ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined based on the delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The applicable fees will be indicated before payment is completed.
For France, shipping and returns are complimentary:
- Standard Delivery via Colissimo – complimentary: 2 to 4 days
- Express Delivery via Chronopost – €10: 1 to 2 days
Within Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, shipping is also complimentary:
- Express Delivery via DHL – complimentary: 2 to 4 days
For international destinations, shipping will be handled via DHL or UPS depending on the destination:
- International Delivery – €35: 4 to 10 days
Delivery times are provided for reference only and correspond to the timelines communicated by the carriers. ADN Paris cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or to customs authorities.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and the United States, customs duties and import taxes are included in the displayed price. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
For all other international orders (outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States), customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by the carrier upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country.
In the event of refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, or refusal to accept delivery of the parcel, return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can collect your order directly from the Studio in Paris (3rd arrondissement).
To do so, you simply need to book an appointment at the Studio and select ‘Collect from the Studio’ as the delivery method when placing your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, you may return the item and we will issue a refund.
To return or exchange your order, simply log in to your customer account and submit a return request for the relevant order. Once your request has been approved, you will receive your return label directly in your customer account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at care@dn-paris.fr.
We accept exchanges and returns under certain conditions.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, you may return the original item and we will issue a refund.
For returns, you also have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items and request a refund.
Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice (or a copy in the case of a partial return).
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Returns are organized by ADN Paris.
A fixed fee will be deducted from the refund amount:
– €20 for returns from Europe
– €50 for returns from the United States
These fees cover return shipping costs, quality control inspection, and restocking.
For all other geographical areas, return shipping costs remain entirely at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are processed subject to the receipt and inspection of the returned items.
We commit to issuing the refund as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the returned parcel. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. If that payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, provided that no additional fees are incurred by ADN Paris.
Orders paid using a gift card or store credit will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Refunds are issued in Euros. Any additional costs related to foreign currency conversion remain the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to comply with these return conditions will result in the refusal of the refund.
